This page explains what data Cro Fantasy League collects, why, and what happens to it. Written to be understood, not to be long.
The site is run by the Cro Fantasy League association. For any question about your data, write to info@crofantasyleague.com.
When you join a league we ask for your first name, last name, email address
and the team name you use in the league app. Phone number and note are optional.
We collect nothing else. No visit tracking, no analytics, no profiling and no
advertising cookies.
Name — so we know who paid the entry fee.
Email — to send you the league entry code and the payment confirmation.
Team name — to match you to your place in the standings.
Phone and note — only if you enter them, in case we need to reach you.
The legal basis is performance of a contract: without this data we cannot
deliver what you paid for.
We never see or store card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, and the card field on our page is theirs — the data goes straight to them. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, and its reference.
Stripe — payment processing. Receives your email for the receipt.
Resend — email delivery. Receives your address and the message we send you.
Cloudflare — hosting for the site and the database.
Data is never sold, traded or passed to anyone else. Your league code goes to
you; we do not share it further.
Entry and payment records are kept for the season and one year after it — that
is what the prize pool settlement and any disputes require. After that they are
deleted.
If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete everything except what payment records
oblige us to keep.
The site uses exactly one cookie, and only for the administrator signing
in to the management interface. It lasts 12 hours and does nothing but keep them
signed in.
Ordinary visitors receive no cookies at all. Language is kept in the page
address, not in the browser.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may
object to processing. An email to
info@crofantasyleague.com is enough.
If you believe something is wrong with how your data is handled, you may contact
the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
This site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If this policy changes, the new date appears at the bottom. Significant changes are emailed to everyone entered in the current season.
